1. General Provisions
   These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Exam Aéro (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and users of its web application (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer” or “User”). Acceptance of these Terms is mandatory before subscribing to or ordering any services or products.
   These Terms apply to the entire website exam-aero.com, including all products and services offered (collectively referred to as “digital content”). The term “products” also includes services or digital content provided through database access.
   Any purchase of services implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2. Personal Data Protection
   Exam Aéro attaches great importance to protecting its users’ privacy. Any personal data collected is handled securely.
   Technical, physical, and administrative safeguards are implemented to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the integrity of user data. The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol is used to encrypt all communications.
3. Login Credentials and Security
   Registration is intended for individual users only and requires the submission of valid identification information. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password).
   Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited. Detection mechanisms are in place to identify credential sharing. Any violation may lead to the immediate deletion of the account.
4. Responsibilities
   Although Exam Aéro strives to provide a quality service, it cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.
   All content is reviewed for accuracy, but errors may occur. Users are encouraged to report any discrepancies via the contact form.
5. Refund Policy
   No refunds will be issued once a purchase is completed. The user acknowledges they are purchasing with full knowledge of this policy.
6. Registration and Login
   VI.1 Login Methods
   Users can register using a traditional username and password. The selected login method cannot be changed afterward.
   VI.2 Nickname / Username
   The chosen nickname must not contain spaces or any offensive, political, or vulgar language.
   Once created, the nickname cannot be modified.
   Exam Aéro reserves the right to modify any inappropriate nickname.
   The user assumes full responsibility for any consequences arising from their chosen nickname.
7. Usage Limitations
   VII.1 Query Limit
   Access to the question database is limited by default to 200 questions per day to prevent abuse.
   VII.2 Extraction Prohibition
   Copying, exporting, or reproducing questions, images, or comments—either manually or through automated methods (bots, scripts, etc.)—is strictly prohibited.
   Any fraudulent behavior will result in the permanent deletion of the account without prior notice or refund.
   VII.3 Test Deletion
   Deleted tests are stored for 30 days. After this period, they are permanently erased and cannot be restored.

9. Account Usage Policy
   Each account is personal and intended for use by a single student user only. Purchasing a subscription does not grant unrestricted or shared use of the account.
   In cases of misuse (account sharing, content export, automation, etc.), the account may be flagged as high-risk and temporarily suspended until proof of student status is provided.
   Failure to provide such proof will result in permanent suspension without refund, and the subscription will not be transferable.
